This software takes care of the statutory paperwork for company secretarial staff, freeing them up to focus more time on the consulting side of their work. This software has been designed from the ground up to support the administrative tasks associated with the Corporate Secretarial firm workflow using modern databases such as Microsoft Access® or Microsoft SQL – Server. In addition to automating financial service business functions, data is accessible by QUERY from both Microsoft WORD® and Microsoft EXCEL® thereby providing the ability to extend the product’s use directly into the hands of the user.

ViewPoint Administrator includes the Government forms required for Bermuda, the Cayman Islands, Gibraltar, Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Hong Kong, and Singapore. All forms are delivered with the installable product and are therefore available to Bermuda based Corporate Administrators to use for those clients whose ancillary domiciles also require management.
